Endometriosis Management

Advanced, Compassionate, and Personalized Care

Endometriosis is a chronic, often debilitating condition that affects 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. It can severely impact quality of life, fertility, and emotional well-being

Understanding Endometriosis

Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus (endometrium) grows outside the uterine cavity-most commonly on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, and pelvic peritoneum. This tissue responds to monthly hormonal cycles, leading to inflammation, pain, and the development of adhesions or cysts.

Common Symptoms

•       Pelvic pain, especially before and during menstruation
•       Pain during intercourse (dyspareunia)
•       Heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding
•       Painful urination or bowel movements during periods
•       Fatigue, bloating, or nausea
•       Difficulty conceiving (infertility)
Note: The severity of symptoms does not always correlate with the extent of disease.
